hi
I keep gettnig this error when I run a netconfig job (add commande) in a 3560 switch :
ERROR:RME_CDL1031:Transport session to device failed TFTP: Failed on the device. Unable to create a socket to /10.128.31.37
Anyone know what the cause of this error?

It looks like you don't have the proper Netconfig deployment protocols selected under RME > Admin > Config Mgmt > Transport Settings. Either that, or the switch is not reachable by either telnet or SSH from the LMS server.

i configure properly the job but i have always this error:
ERROR:RME_CDL1031:Transport session to device failed TFTP: Failed on the device.

What is your deployment protocol order? What protocol should be used to deploy this config change?

thank you clarke, i remover "tftp" from the list of protocol used to deploy the config by netcofig. and i use only telnet, so every thing is ok.
thank you!
