JRM server is down or inaccessible for this user

I have a strange problem with ciscoworks. Everything was running fine till today morning. I had found certain issues with ciscoworks

1. In common services

JRM server is down or inaccessible for this user

Down Processes :

MACUHIC, CTMJrmServer, DFMCTMStartup, DataPurge

I have collected certain log files.

D:\Program Files\CSCOpx\bin>pdshow CTMJrmServer

Process= CTMJrmServer

State = Administrator has shut down this server

Pid = 0

RC = 0

Signo = 0

Start = 12/3/2008 10:33:55 AM

Stop = 12/3/2008 10:36:56 AM

Core = Not applicable

Info = Server started by admin request

D:\Program Files\CSCOpx\bin>pdshow ANIServer

Process= ANIServer

State = Running with busy flag set

Pid = 44712

RC = 0

Signo = 0

Start = 12/3/2008 10:37:13 AM

Stop = Not applicable

Core = Not applicable

Info = ANIServer started.

1. DFMCTMStartup Administrator has shut down this server 0 0 0 12/3/2008 9:38:06 AM 12/3/2008 9:38:07 AM

2. CTMJrmServer Administrator has shut down this server 0 0 0 12/3/2008 10:33:55 AM 12/3/2008 10:36:56 AM

3. DataPurge Administrator has shut down this server 0 0 0 12/3/2008 9:38:06 AM 12/3/2008 9:41:30 AM

4. MACUHIC Administrator has shut down this server 0 1 0 12/3/2008 9:38:06 AM 12/3/2008 9:38:16 AM

I tried to restart the process it starts and runs for 3 minute and then stops automatically stating shutdown by administrator

Can somebody throw some light on this issue

Please post the CTMJrmServer.log and the macuhic.log. Was the hostname of this server changed after installing LMS?
