Layer 3 Switches

Hi ,

i would like to know which is the best layer 3 (6 port)switch. which can used by smal and medium business office.

I'm no expert, but I don't think Cisco make anything that small.

For a tiny office like this you wouldn't need manageable switches.

I have had good experience with NetGear in the past. Give them a try.

If you're looking to expand beyond 8 ports in the future , go for the Cisco 2960 series. It'll last you a decade & give you 16 extra ports!

I would recommend the 3560-8PC. It is a layer 3 switch with 8 user ports, and should satisfy your requirements as a SOHO switch.
