LMS 2.5.1 and ACS 4.0.1

Hi

I have recently installed LMS 2.5.1 and discovered devices and everything is fine.

Problem started when I integrate with ACS 4.0.1. Right now, all the network devices are using local authorication. But LMS is now in ACS mode.

I can log in to LMS via ACS user account.

There are 2 problems.

I cannot launch the Topology View and giving me this error message.

"Your session has either timed out or you are not authorized to access this page"

I have already given the user group all rights in Campus Manager though.

Another problem is in Device center, some of the application and device history are not shown.

Any helps or thoughs are really apprecited.

Thank you

Best Regards

Kyaw

The issue is probably that the devices that are discovered by Campus Manager

have not been accounted for in ACS Network Configuration.

Go to Campus Manager-->admin--> and under Current status see how many

devices are in Device Discovery and Campus Data collection.

If there are several then you will want to confirm that all these devices

are Accounted for in ACS Network Configuration either by IP address, Network

Subnet Address , or by subnet with wildcards. A device will not show up in

the Device Selector unless it is accounted for in ACS.

On the ACS, does the user have authorization for 'everthing' on all application of CW?

Is the LMS machine multi-homed?

Hi

LMS Machine is multi-homed and I found out that, once i disabled the 1 network port, every module work perfectly.

May be LMS intergration with ACS not working properly on multi-home server.

Thank you all for your advice!

Cheers.

It could be that the other IP address (the one you disabled) is not added to the ACS. If LMS is multihomed you need to add every IP to the ACS or you'll see errors like you saw.
