LMS 2.5.1 - CCO Image download fails

Hi Everyone

When using RME 4.0.4 to download images from cco, the jobs fails with the errormessage:

"No response stream was obtained for the download request"

It is possible to browse for images, place them in the shoppingchart.

It does not matter how many immages that are selected.

When manually downloading it works with the same proxy-settings, proxy user and CCO account.

Anyone which has the same problem / a sollution for the problem?

Are there specific device types failing to import the image?

Hi

No every image from all devices does not start. Always the same problem.

Downloading patches to LMS it selves works.. Only Cisco IOS / CAT OS software does not.

I have the same problem. The image was the latetst 3524 IOS.

There was a bug in earlier versions of RME 4.x, but should have been resolved in sp 4. It mostly affected 29XX/35XX and the workaround was to import these images manually from the file system after downloading them from CCO
