LMS 2.5.1 - Error in communicating with DCA server

There is a communicating error with DCA server. dcr.log file seems like this>

[ Mon Oct 23 08:25:24 CEST 2006 ] [Ajp13Processor[9009][4]] FATAL com.cisco.nm.dcr.DCRProxy - Error in Communication to DCRServer , Reason :DCRException ID - -203 : CSTM Error Code [-20] CSTM Comm Type [0] - Error in sending/writing request to server , Binary mode CISCO-LMS

What should i try or check to solve the problem?

Check the status of the DCRServer daemon (i.e. pdshow DCRServer). If DCRServer is down, and cannot be started manually, you may have a hostname issue, certificate issue, or port conflict. Or your entire CMF database may be corrupt.
