Hi Au,

did you checked the following too:

In "Internet Options -> Privacy" you can set the cookie handling for single websites. If you or someone else have set the LMS IP address or Servername into the list with the status blocked you may set the cookies to what ever you want but they will not work!

Hope that works for you.

Best regards,

Frank

Hi Frank,

Thank for your feedback.

But I'd try what you said but nothing in the list.

Any other possibility?

TQ.

Rgds,

Au Yeong

This should be pretty easy I hope. I've experienced this before when you don't specify the proper url

https://{SERVERNAME OR IP}/CSCOnm/servlet/login/login.jsp verse using the proper (at least for LMS 2.5)

https://{SERVERNAME OR IP}:1741

If you use the first form you will always get cookies disabled on the splash screen. The second form will show cookies enabled.

Hi,

I'd try but is show page cannot be display.

Any ideal?

Did you change the default port for the web server in your installation ? 1741 is default, but you have the option to pick another one.
