Once I have discovered that Campus Manager -> Topology Services in LMS 2.5 began to show the bigger part of my Catalyst 3750 to VG224 connections with red dashed lines (the devices are shown in green and are controlled normally). Catalyst 3750 and VG244 are working fine and see each other by CDP. I've tried to re-run Perform Data Collection, Device Discovery and Campus data Collection but it didn't help. What could it be? Has anyone faced such a problem?
We have seen some issues with VG device connections on the Campus map. They general stem from device instrumentation problems. You should get walks of the ifTable and the cdpCacheTable, and check for CLI inconsistencies (e.g. CDP neighbor problems, incorrect ifOperStatus, etc.).
