LMS 2.5 Report Generator problem

Good day.

I use LMS 2.5, RME 4.0.3. When I try to generate a Detailed Device Report with the Report Generator the system says "The selected device(s) does not have inventory data to display in the report" for any device. I've run Inventory collection successfully but it didn't help. Has anyone faced such a problem?

Schedule an inventory collection job for an affected device. When it completes (it will most likely fail) look in the IC_Server.log for errors. Note: there have been quite a few inventory collection bugs fixed in LMS 2.4 (RME 4.0.5). But there is still at least one outstanding RME bug, and quite a few device-side bugs that could prevent a successful inventory collection.
