LMS 2.5 RME 4.0.3

Hello: When I run a Inventory JOB, several devices like Switch Catalyst 3750 was failed. A error message appears in the Job Details, RICS0001 Internal Error.

I attach the message error.

Please, someone have ideas about what happend.

There have been a lot of RICS0001 errors solved in LMS 2.6 SP1 which some additional patches. However, please post your IC_Server.log to determine if these problems would be fixed by an upgrade.

You are hitting the bugs I mentioned. You will need to upgrade to LMS 2.6 SP1 which will give you RME 4.0.6. After that, you will need to contact TAC for a patch for bug CSCsm97530. After that, you will need to remove the affected devices from RME, then re-add them. Then you should be set moving forward.
