LMS 2.5

Hi,

Going to Device Center-> device "Switch name" -> View Config. I see the config that are different to running config in the swith.

I tried to "Sync Archive, Update Inventory" without success, still showing the old config.

Is there any other way to sync these confi.

These are really just things you can do for any device that is not working in CiscoWorks correctly.

Log into the switch and copy run to start. Double check that the device is reachable from topology services. Check in DFM for any alerts for that device. Check the device credentials and credentials verification report.

There is also a report "startup running out of sync" in RME that will let you know if a device has different information in running than startup.
