I just upgraded to 2.51 from 2.5 and now my RME database engine will not start. I try to start the RME NG database manual but the get the following messagess " Could not start the CiscoWorks RME NG database engine service on Local Computer. The service did not return an error. This could be an internal Windows error or an internal service err... And here is another messages from Web interface --->
How getting this message " Cannot connect to 'rmeng' database, please contact your Sys Admin.
I also just upgraded with 2.5.1 and my RME database engine will not start, I receive the same error when I try to start it up manually, I currently have a case open with TAC but they have not figured out the problem, they say that my case is the first that they've heard of, have you opened a case with them.
