I installed Ciscoworks LMS 2.6 Bundled and the package update Rtr10000.cv50.v10-0.zip. Everything was successfully but when I used ciscoview to display the Cisco 10008 chassis the error display: "http://192.168.2.5:1741/CVng/uii/blank.htm

Message

Can't find applicable device package for 192.168.2.6.

Cause

Device package for this device type is not installed or device support for this device type might not be available or you are attempting to open a component inside a device.

Action

Please install a device package for the device type or open the parent device to manage the component."

Another issue is I couldn't use RME Software Image Management for this router

Please help me to figure out the issue.

Thank you in advance,

Brian

The PRE3 is not yet supported by CiscoView. Package version 10.0 for the C10K only supports the PRE1 and PRE2 modules. The same is true for RME SWIM. I currently do not have an ETA on when this route engine will be supported. You should probably open a TAC service request to get that information.

Thank you very much.
