Does anyone know if LMS 2.6 will manage c3560x devices?

Yes, it will.  LMS 2.6 with all of the latest device updates will manage quite a few 3560 models.  To know if your specific model is supported, you will need to provide the sysObjectID.

The actual device that I have is the following:

WS-C3560X-48P-S

I don't see this exact device in the list when I try to add it under CS.

I also updated devices for RME.

Unfortunately, this device is not supported in LMS 2.6.  It is, however, supported in LMS 3.2.

Right.  There is no device support planned for LMS 2.6.
