LMS 2.6, how to re-initialize DFM 2.0 database?

DFM 2.0.12 is working with some errors.
I want to re-initialize the database and I'm looking for a step-by-step guide.
Regards.

Re: LMS 2.6, how to re-initialize DFM 2.0 database?

1. Login to the server as local Administrator. Then go to a DOS prompt and enter:

net stop crmdmgtd

2. Go to C:\program files\CSCOpx\bin and issue:

perl dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=dfmInv dmprefix=INV npwd=cisco

perl dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=dfmFh dmprefix=FH npwd=cisco

perl dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=dfmEpm dmprefix=EPM npwd=cisco

*Note: The above assumes you use "cisco" as the database password. Change it to whatever you like.

3. Go to NMSROOT\CSCOpx\objects\smarts\local\repos\icf\.

4. Delete the files DFM.rps, DFM1.rps (DFM1 only in LMS 3.0 or above):

del DFM.rps

del DFM1.rps

5. Type:

net start crmdmgtd

Re: LMS 2.6, how to re-initialize DFM 2.0 database?

Small clarification I omitted, NMSROOT stands for your LMS installation path which by default is C:\Program Files\

CSCOpx. If it is different just change the patch accordingly.
