LMS 2.6 JRM issues

Hi,

I'm getting the following error in the homepage of RME in our LMS.

JRM Service could be down. Check whether JRM services are running.

I have checked the JRM process under Common Services-->Server-->Admin-->Process it is showing "Running Normally"

I have run the cwjava -cw NMSROOT com.cisco.nm.cmf.jrm.jobcli

I get the following error Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/cisco/nm/cmf/jrm/jobcli

I have tried restarting the server multiple times, but still the same issue..

What could be the problem?? can someone give ur inputs pls..

I have include the following jrm.log, NMSROOT\lib\classpath\md.properties, and the output of the SET command from a DOS prompt

Re: LMS 2.6 JRM issues

The attachments did not make it. This may be a problem with the Forum, though. Please post the output of the pdshow command. Is this server integrated with ACS?

This has happened before, and it usually gets sorted out. However, if you need urgent help, you will need to open a service request with TAC.

Re: LMS 2.6 JRM issues

I see no problems in the log. Is this server integrated with ACS? Also, please post the CTMJrmServer.log and the output of pdreg -l CTMJrmServer.
