QPM had an evaluation expired license. We have installed a valid license but we always see the evaluation on QPM -> admininstration -> license -> license Overview and the valid one on LMS/CommonService -> Admin -> licensing.
How can we suppress the evaluation ? Is it an error ?

Try clearing out the installed licenses. Shutdown the LicenseServer daemon, then delete NMSROOT/etc/licenses/*.lic. Then restart the LicenseServer, and navigate to the License page in the GUI. Re-add the purchased LMS and QPM licenses, and you should not longer see the eval warning.

Customer has made 2 tests:
- shutdown LicenseServer daemon
- delete NMSROOT/etc/licenses/*.lic.
- restart the LicenseServer,
- navigate to the License page in the GUI.
But He only re-add QPM license on QPM -> admininstration -> license -> add license , he doesn't have a LMS license.
=> same issue
He has reboot and made the same action but the issue is the same.

This could be an issue with the license file. Open a TAC service request, and include the license you are installing so it can be tested.
