Hi, we have recently upgraded to LMS 2.6 on windows 2000, however the user tracking does not find any ip phones. The switch which the IP phones is connected too is found in dcr and when I telnet in, cdp displays the phones? Any ideas?

Ensure you have the SNMP string configured that's configured on your VOIP servers. Also add the necessary ranges in the seed device & IP address range in the Discovery Range.

Has the CCM been discovered in topology services? It will need to be discovered properly in Topology services in order for the IP Phones to be discovered in UT.

Hi..
I am facing the same problem... i.e. IP Phones are discovered as "End Hosts" in user tracking.
And yes i am discovering My CCM as an Application server and not as call manager.
I am running LMS2.5.1 with Campus manager Version 4.0.5
Would you think this would affect discovery of phones in User tracking???
