There are numerous reports in LMS. For example you can run Syslog Standard reports to show the syslog messages on your devices or Change Audit reports to show recent changes/configurations on devices and who made these changes.
Have a look at the GUI reports tab and you'll see many more. There are also custom reports available for creation.
