Our security guy has changed the access to our perimeter gear to SSH access only. LMS does not want to talk to them anymore but if I go to the server and use putty I can connect. Is there something I am missing in LMS?
Make sure the device's username and password are properly configured in DCR, and that SSH is one of the allowed fetch protocols under RME > Admin > Config Mgmt > Transport Settings.
