LMS 3.0.1 giant File

Hi,

Customer installed LMS 3.0.1 on Solaris 9.

One day, they could login, but campus manager didn't work. On the homepage under system, they found jre server down. After analyzing the problem, they found a huge file under following directory:

opt/CSCopx/MDC/tomcat/webapps/cwhp/collect

File name was 134.4640350138644.

Customer moved the file to the another directory, and tried to stop and restart LMS. But with no success. After a while they decide to upgrade campus manager to 5.0.3. After Upgrade LMS was working again.

Any idea's what created the huge file.

This is a Collect Server Info file (used for giving to TAC). These are generated and can be removed under Common Services > Server > Admin > Collect Server Info.
