LMS 3.0 and Timezones

Hello - we have LMs 3.0 installed on a W2K3 server running in a middle-eastern timezone. However, even with the Servr itself's time set to the locale, LMS Common Services constantly reports in ACT (Australian Central Time). Has anyone else experienced this?

What is the actual timezone name reported by Windows? Where do you see LMS reporting ACT?

Dear Joesph,

I too have the same issue.

the incorrect timezone shows "ACT" once we login into LMS Portal. but it should be "IST" as the windows 2003 server is configured for the same.

Please revert asap.

Dear clarke,

It was observed that, one service CWAWFEngine's startup type was "Automatic". the same is supposed to be "Manual".

Modified the same and restarted the Daemon manager.

timezone issue has got resolved.
