LMS 3.0 Casuser problem

Daemon manager is not starting due to casuser problem.In syslog i found this

Jun 04 18:22:12 127.0.0.1 100: <28> dmgt[6264]: 2507(W):Daemon manager anonymous user has not been set up: 00000569. I checked casuser is present & is a member of administrators.There is also an entry in event viewer on LMS server(Windows Machine), pls find the screenshot attached for it. Currently i am successfully logged into windows with casuser username.Earlier i used to resetcasuser which worked fine, but now resetcasuser file is missing.I dont know how that file went missing.

You're going to need to run resetCasuser.exe. You may also need to adjust your local security policies as clearly something has changed. One should not be able to login as casuser. Since resetCasuser.exe is missing, you will need to contact the TAC to get this resolved.
