LMS 3.0 or 3.1 - Devices stuck in learning state

We're installing LMS but the device discovering in DFM stucks in learning state and stays at 10%...

I'm sorry I didn't take the DFM.log but here is the log directory.

I've just seen there is bug related to .NET framework. However I didn't check if our server is installed with .NET.

Maybe you can tell it by looking at my logs...

Can you help me please ?

Thanks in advance.

What version of DFM do you have installed?

Hi,

The log comes from DFM version 3.0.2 but we're currently working with DFM 3.0 :

we installed first LMS 3.1 and there was this problem with DFM (v3.0.2), we tried then to reinstall LMS 3.0 (DFM 3.0) but we still have the problem.

There is an update to DFM 3.0.3 that should fix this problem. Go to Common Services > Software Center > Software Update, and download then install the DFM 3.0.3 service pack.

Thanks for the help. I uninstalled .NET framework and discover with DFM works well.

I just have a weird behaviour with on device : a 3750G-48TS which is well displayed in CS but not with Ciscoview. It's like device database between CDR and ciscoview were not correctly synchronized. However I can display the device in Ciscoview by entering its IP address.
