LMS 3.0 Processes Shut Down

I'm using LMS3.0 on a windows 2003 server. Almost every day processes are down (state : Administrator has shut down this server). 40 are running normally and 33 are down.

I had the same problem before with LMS 3.0.1 so I uninstalled it and reinstall 3.0.

Please post your NMSROOT\MDC\tomcat\logs\stdout.log as well as the location of all of the libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll files on the system.
