LMS 3.0 SyslogFirst.db

I am trying to clean up the SyslogFirst.db file in my Cisco LMS 3.0 server using the Database Space Reclaimer Class. When I run class I get this error:

RMEDbEngine needs to be restarted before this tool is run.

SyslogSecond.db cannot be deleted.

dropped DB space - SyslogThird.db

Successfully re-created db space SyslogThird.db

SyslogFirst.db cannot be deleted.

As one or more application will be down , it is recommended to restart the daemon manager now.

Any ideas?

Since this is Windows, set the CiscoWorks RME NG database engine service to automatic, and the CiscoWorks Daemon Manager service to Manual, then reboot. When the box comes back, try running the reclaimer application again. If all works, set Daemon Manager to Automatic, and the database engine to Manual, then reboot again.
