I am recieving the following http 500 error when clicking on some but not all 3750 links in the Chassis Summary Graph.

HTTP Status 500 -

type Exception report

message

description The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request.

note The full stack trace of the root cause is available in the Apache Tomcat/5.5.17 logs.

This error occurs when clicking any number link for:

cevChassisCat3750G24TS1U(0.239%) 12

cevChassisCat3750G48TS(0.239%)12

cevChassisCat375024(7.337%) 369

cevChassisCat375024PS(8.272%)416

cevChassisCat375048PS(38.735%) 1948

cevChassisCat375048(10.678%) 537

cevChassisCat3750G48PS(0.219%)11

cevChassisCat375024TS(0.06%) 3

But the following 3750 types work properly and pull the expected hardware report for the devices.

cevChassisCat375024T(0.06%) 3

cevChassisCat3750Ge12Sfp(0.04%)2

All other device types work as expected for routers and switches.

Is there a bug regarding the 3750 device files and, if so, is there a patch available? This problem occurs in our LMS 3.0 and 3.0.1 systems.

I am expecting LMS 3.1 to be delivered very soon. Will that version have a fix for this?

Thanks for any help.

This is CSCsm98506 which is fixed in LMS 3.1. I have a patch for LMS 3.0.1 (RME 4.1.1) which is available by calling the TAC.
