LMS 3.1: ANI server failed to run

Hi,

Installed LMS 3.1.But it is not working.

In the process management ANI Server status shows failed to run,if start it also ,the status is same.

In Device Credintial it says DCR Server is down. And getting pop up message "cannot connect cmf database"

Let me know what are process needs to be run to LMS to work properly.

Pls help me out!!

Hi,

I experienced similar problems when I recently installed LMS 3.1 in a lab. Then I read from one of the blogs that only the Daemon Manager service should be set to Automatic startup and all other CWS applications should be set to Manual start. After making those changes in the Windows Services the LMS comes up normally.

Need to check on your RAM and disk resources as well, because I had to adjust my Swap space setting also.
