the number of selected devices is shown as a little blue number at the bottom of the device selector. Verify if this number is 107. Also how have you selected the devices, e.g through a search string? It could also be a browser cache issue. So logout from LMS, clear the browsers cache and cookies, close ALL open browsers windows, re-open the browser and try it again.
