LMS 3.1 - Portal Settings (move Portlets to another place) get lost

Hi there,

in LMS 3.1 portal I changed location of portlets to fit my own needs (Functional View) and logged out. But unfortunately after CW2000-System restart Portlets went back to their origin position.

Anybody out there facing the same problem?

Thanks for any feedback

Lothar

This problem is not related to moving the portlets. This problem may cause due to hardware issue.

You can move portlets to any location using the Drag and Drop feature. The number of portlets you can position in a single row depends on the layout you have chosen.

Using Drag and Drop

When you add a portlet to a view, it is displayed in the View page.

You can re-arrange the portlets in a view, as required, by using the drag and drop feature.

To drag and drop the portlet:

Step 1 Click on the blank space in the title bar of the portlet and drag it to the position you want.

Step 2 Drag the portlet into its new location

Step 3 Drop the portlet in this location.

Step 4 You should drop the portlet only when two arrows appear on its sides.
