Whenever I run a Sync Archive on my NAM devices, 4 of them work and the rest fail. What happens next is that it takes forever to finish and then it just gives this for failed:
*** Device Details for cNAM-07 ***
Protocol ==> Unknown / Not Applicable
Selected Protocols with order ==> Telnet,TFTP,SSH,HTTPS
Unable to get results of job execution for device. Retry the job after increasing the job result wait time using the option:Resource Manager Essentials -> Admin -> Config Mgmt -> Archive Mgmt ->Fetch Settings
Then when I try to run another group of devices (switches or routers) they all fail and have no info why they fail.
The only way to fix this for me is to restart the CW process. Anyone know a workaround?
There is a probably a thread lock occurring in the ConfigMgmtServer process. Troubleshooting this is not easy, though. When the problem happens again, do not restart anything. Open a TAC service request, and they can guide you through the steps to capture the thread dump.
