LMS 3.2: DCR Server Down

Hi,

I have LMS 3.2 installed on a Multi-CPU server (DXDiag is attached), but currently only 1 CPU is active.

I have few issues with LMS:

1. If i click on Process it takes too much time to show up.

2. From CLI if i do "pdshow" it also takes a long time (more than 10 minutes)

3. Device Discovery is failed as i am getting an error message "DCR Service is Down" (attached the error message for your referecne)

4. Device & Credential is also showing failed.

Kindly suggest...

You have a process failure.  You need to wait for pdshow to complete, then post that output.  This can take up to 45 minutes.

Post the TomcatMonitor.log and NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/logs/stdout.log and stderr.log.

Server hostname was changed after installing LMS. Do you think this is causing this problem?

Yes.  You will need to run the NMSROOT/bin/hostnamechange.pl script to correct the hostname within LMS:

NMSROOT/bin/perl NMSROOT/bin/hostnamechange.pl
