LMS 3.2 Devices appear in topology and reports by IP not Hostname

i have a problem that i see the devices by ip not hostname in devices report and topology and i checked in device discovery to appear by hostname

Do the device IP addresses have PTRs (reverse DNS records) on the resolver (DNS server) that is set on your LMS server (or have local host file entries)?

what do you think is better to do?

to put the device ip address on DNS Server or edit local host file entries?

and could you please tell me how to edit local host file entries?
