lms 3.2 in high availability mode with veritas solution: installation error

Hi!

i`ve tried to install lms on two windows 2003 servers R2/SP2 in according to guide (Chapter 4 Setting Up CiscoWorks LMS in High Availability and Disaster Recovery Environment http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/ciscoworks_lan_management_solution/3.2/install/guide1/hasetup.html). When i launch the LMS install shield, after self-signed certificate confirmation step i am getting this error:

An Error (-5011 : 0x80040705) has occured while running the setup.

Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.

If the error still occurs, please contact your vendor: Cisco Systems Inc.

I don't think this is a problem with HA, but rather a known bug with the OpsXML installation (CSCte84743).  Open a TAC service request as development would like to analyze a server experiencing this problem in real time.
