Hi,
Customer has error messages during LMS 3 installation, here some examples:
INFO: Copying to /opt/CSCOpx/www/classpath/com/cisco/nm/xms/psu//adpaters/lmsportal/
ld.so.1: perl: fatal: libstdc++.so.3: open failed: No such file or directory
Killed
ERROR: attribute verification of </opt/CSCOpx/MDC/tomcat/webapps/cwportal/db/portal.properties> failed
pathname does not exist
ERROR: attribute verification of </opt/CSCOpx/MDC/tomcat/webapps/cwportal/db/portal.script> failed
pathname does not exist

It sounds like Common Services did not install properly. Was a previous installation aborted?
At this point, you should uninstall what you have, then start from scratch. Make sure you have a recent Solaris 10 patch cluster loaded. I know August 07 or later works very well. Then reinstall from a locally attached DVD drive.

Do you think that clean_system.sh scritp works with LMS 3.0.1 ? So, I can ask to the customer to try it.

Yes, clean_system.sh will work with LMS 3.0, but it will miss the CWA directory under /etc. Be sure to remove /etc/opsxml when clean_system.sh is done.

In fact, customer install LMS with a home script which works with expect command. Installation fails because home script fails!
