LMS 3.O Unreachable devices

Hi,

the issue am having is that under the RME inventory devices,i view the config of one of the devices that is manageable and i also view the config of one of the devices that is unmanageable.

I found out that the configs for these two devices are the same.

What do you think i can do to resolve this problem.

What do you mean unmanageable? Post a screenshot showing exactly where you're seeing the device as unmanageable. What type of device is this?

What i mean is that it show it as unknown,displaying only the IP Address,all other information as unknown.
