LMS 4.0 Topology view serial bus

I have got LMS 4.2 and frame-relay network with old cisco equipment. In topology view some serial bus on link appear, but on other links serial bus not appear. I compaired configuration, IOS version, HW releases and all the same. CDP enabled on all links, no one fire in network, snmp trap enabled, rediscovery tried, server reboot tried. What to do?

Can you try to delete and re-add the device.

Run the DATA COLLECTION followed by user tracking acquistion and check the issue again.

Where is botton "RUN DATA COLLECTION" or script?

Data collection:

Admin > Collection Settings > Data Collection > Data Collection Schedule

User AQ:

Admin > Collection Settings > User Tracking > Acquisition Schedule

after the above completion ,launch topology
