LMS 4.1 Device Credential Check fails for Enable by SSH

Hi,


 


 We are using TACACS+ deployed for network device authentication. I have created a separate username for LMS created and tested from LMS server that it is able to ssh and reach the enable mode of the devices. Only SSH is allowed.


 


The default credential sets have been checked thoroghly and assigned properly in Inventory->Device Administration->Add/Manage/Devices.


 


I get the following error for all switches when i do a Device Credential Verification:
