LMS 4.2.4: support MDS devices in CiscoView ?

Hi!

I started to add new device MDS to LMS (v.4.2.4, soft appliance) - all works normaly (syslog messages arrive, configuration is going, faults come - a screenshot "lms_mds_03102013.JPG" in attachment).

1) Can somebody knows - device MDS (9506, 9506, 9513) supports in CiscoView (LMS 4.2.4)?

For example, as Nexus 5000 (as screenshot "lms_n5k_03102013.JPG" in attachment)?

2) And why not graphs (no data) on "Memory Utilization" and "Environmental Temperature" (for "CPU Utilization" data is collected, graphs are drawn) ?

Sincerely,

Andrey

Hi Afroz!

Thank you for reply and link! You always give accurate and precise answers!

And the second part of my question (for chart data "Memory Utilization" and "Environmental Temperature")?

Sincerely,

Hi Andrey,

for this you need to create Poller in HUM  [ Monitor > Performance Settings > Setup > Pollers ]

check the below link for more information:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/ciscoworks_lan_management_solution/4.2/user/guide/lms_monitor/mnt-perf.html#wp1542387

I have also attached one screen shot
