Hi Team,

Today, We have installed LMS Prime 4.2 in Windows 2008R2, after switch from HTTP to HTTPS and rebooted unable to login into the Cisco Prime

Following error observed

You don't have permission to access /cwhp/LiaisonServlet on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Windows Startup output :  services.msc

CiscoWorks ANI database engine: Manual
CiscoWorks Daemon Manager: Automatic
CiscoWorks RME NG database engine: Manual
CiscoWorks Tomcat Servlet Engine: Manual
CiscoWorks Web Server: Manual
CWCS Cmf database engine: Manual
CWCS rsh/rcp service: Automatic
CWCS syslog service: Automatic
CWCS tftp service: Automatic
DFM dfmEpm database engine: Manual
DFM dfmFh database engine: Manual
DFM dfmInv database engine: Manual
IPM NG database engine - Manual

I have started and stopped the Cisco Daemon manager through CLI command

net stop crmdmgtd
net start crmdmgtd

Still i am not able to login into Cisco Prime Login getting the same error "

You don't have permission to access /cwhp/LiaisonServlet on this server."

Please help out on this.

Issue is got resolved after enabled the script through CLI

This can be done via Script :

CSCOpx\MDC\Apache>perl ConfigSSL.pl -disable (to disable SSL and get HTTP)

CSCOpx\MDC\Apache>perl ConfigSSL.pl -enable (to enable SSL and get HTTPS).

Now  i am able to open the GUI with only http

I hope there is a bug while switch into https

This is not any known bug as his does not happens quite often. I ahve seen this error sometimes and it goes off after reboot of the server often.

Resetting SSL mostly fixes this issue. We mostly prefer following recommendation to be considered for successful installation on windows. Check your Install log if it has any error while install. :
