If each of these lines represents a different interface on the server, then this will cause problems for the Campus Manager and Internetwork Performance Manager application. They operate in such a way that clients can only connect on one interface. In general, however, LMS supports multiple simultaneous client connections.
You do not need per-client license; LMS is licensed on a per-server basis. The server can then support any number of clients. You would only need another license if you installed the same application on multiple servers (e.g. two copies of RME).
The other piece that affects licensing is the number of managed devices. If you have less than 300 devices, you can purchase a restricted license. You can still have any number of clients connect to LMS, but you can only manage up to 300 devices. If you have more than 300 devices, you will need to purchase an unrestricted license.
This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
