LMS - Device Center - No access to syslog report

CMN0016: You are not authorized to do the operation "Syslog Messages Report" for the selected device.

We are running CiscoSecure ACS 4.2 and under Shared Profile Components, Resource Managmemt Essentials get the message:

XML Schema for  this service type is not installed.
Please reinstall this service type which  should
properly install the XML Schema as well.

I understand that CSCsy96055 says there is no work around?

This bug is fixed in RME 4.3 (LMS 3.2).  If you are not running LMS 3.2, you should upgrade.  That said, you also have a problem with your ACS application registry.  Go to Common Services > Server > Security > AAA Mode Setup, and check the box to register all applications with ACS.  Submit the change, and this should re-register all installed LMS applications with ACS.  Then go back through ACS, and make sure your System Identity User and all LMS users are properly defined.

Currently running LMS 3.1.1 and RME 4.1.1. Any idea of cost to upgrade to LMS 3.2?

No, LMS 3.2 is free to download from http://www.cisco.com/go/lms/ .  If you already have a purchased LMS 3.x license, you can install the 3.2 eval, and you will end up with a licensed copy of 3.2.
