Hello,
I pulled an “End of Life Hardware Status” report and 45 devices failed to report their status. Out of those 45 devices, 23 devices are live and in production; however, failed to report their End of Life Hardware status. I’d like to know the reason why these 23 devices failed.

hi,
what is the version of LMS ?
Did you check the Inventory collection status of the failing device ?
try to run the Inventory collection for the failing devices again then check the report.
you may also try to deleted and re-add couple of failing devices in LMS and then check the report.

The ver of the LMS is Cisco Prime LAN Management Solution Version 4.2.3.
No, I haven't run the inventory collection status for the failing devices. I'll apply what you have recommended and let you know the result.
