we have cisco LMS ver LMS3.0.1 and i am facing some issues when i am trying to export the IP phones details inclusinf the port numbers and connected switches and as you know there two types for Layout ( Standard and All Columns ) and then i pressed "Export current report" when the layout is in Standarad i can export the CSV file but when i changed the view to be all columns i receive the error bellow and i checked all the services are working fine , i restarted tom cat and even i restarted the server but nothing worked.
any idea ?
