I am getting this below alert message

What is the cause of this issue and workaround.

DFM is trying to ping 172.19.13.3, and cannot. If DFM shouldn't be able to ping this interface (i.e. this is expected), then go to DFM > Device Management > Device Details, and set the management state of the IP addresses which DFM cannot ping to false.
