LMS install question

I orederd an upgrade and received DVD pack for Cisco Prime LMS4.1 with PAK
I also recieved in a email PAK for "L-PILMS42-1.5K-M Prime Infrastructure LMS 4.2 - 1.5K Device Upgrade Lic"
I'm confused now what should I install

1. Install DVD which is for LMS4.1 and then upgrade to 4.2
2. Download an eval 4.2 and then apply license which I have in my possession- is that possible?

If LMS 4.2 License is there, suggestion would be install LMS 4.2 directly.

Doesn't makes sense to install LMS 4.1 upgrade to LMS 4.2 ans apply license.
