In LMS 3.0, there is a report under User Tracking > Reports > Report Generator > Switch Port Reports called the Switch Port Summary. It breaks down the total used vs. unused ports on a per-device basis in three categories: connected ports, unconnected ports, unconnected ports which are administratively down.
