LMS RME 4.0.3 unable to collect inventory for GSR

Hi all,

I have been trying to get RME to collect the inventory for XR12410 but w/o any success. All router models ranging from 7200VXRs-7600 has been successfully collected. It seems that only the XR12410 remains to fail. The job message display for the failed job: Device Collection Failed.

This doesn't give me much indication why it failed? However I could successfully run archiving for the XR12410.

Appreciate if someone could assist me on this as i'm not too familiar with Ciscoworks.

RME 4.0.3 supports inventory for XR 12410.System Object ID is found to be 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.394.Minimum recommended IOS is 12.0.8 S. Refer the following for more information
