LMS2.6 - CTMJrmServer is not starting

Since last week, the login to CiscoWorks page comes up blank.  The output of pdshow shows all the processes running except CTMJrmServer.

       Process= CTMJrmServer

        State  = Administrator has shut down this server

        Pid    = 0

        RC     = 0

        Signo  = 0

        Start  = 01/26/12 18:08:11

        Stop   = 01/26/12 18:08:14

        Core   = Not applicable

        Info   = Application started by administrator request.

The CTMJrmServer is not starting and the log shows:

[ Thu Jan 26  18:08:14 GMT 2012 ],FATAL,[main],com.cisco.nm.rmeng.jrmwrapper.server.JobManagerExt,getJRM,242,ERROR: Could not establish connection with JRM.

Please help. These are production systems running LMS2.6 and the users are not able to login.
