syslog collector service in on.
when we try to run Syslog Standard Report from RME > Reports > Report Generator on selected device(7609-S Router) the HTTP Status 500 error is appeared. see below details

when we try to run the same Syslog report on other then 7609-S devices, for example 12404 Router, the window with Syslog Analyzer Standard Report is opened and the report is worked.
Any body know, how to resolve this issue?
